Zubin joined the Find a Carer family as CEO in late 2023. As a seasoned SaaS and technology business leader, Zubin's career over the past two decades has focused on a commitment to innovative technology and visionary leadership to make profound societal contributions in domains spanning education, healthcare, disability services, and philanthropy. He has guided teams of some of the best innovators in Australia in crafting patented, paradigm-shifting innovations that address deep and profound challenges. His experience includes CTO and Technology Leadership roles at WiseTech Global, Flexischools, LanternPay and HICAPS, a NAB company. Zubin also holds various Advisory Board roles in organisations including Cure Cancer, Brickfloor and Vision Re Partners. Zubin is passionate about building high-performance teams through leadership by example, and by having a core focus on culture and 'vibe'. Teams that operate this way have an unstoppable spirit when united in purpose, channelling their collective energy towards well-defined objectives. Throughout his career, he has harnessed technology to pragmatically resolve real-world business quandaries, with a focus on user experience, efficiency, and positive urgency. Zubin is excited to bring a SaaS and technology focus to building Find a Carer into a scalable, social-purpose business that delivers care to those in real need. In his (limited!) spare time, Zubin enjoys hikes and bike-riding with his wife, Rakhshandeh, 3 kids, Zayden, Rylan and Aleera and 2 dogs, Indiana Bones and Queenie.
